Well, I am now officially old!
Last night Mark and I went to the Switchfoot concert here in town. It was very good. We have been Switchfoot fans for a long time and really enjoyed the concert. However, as you would expect, there were tons of teenagers, and even though we didn't have Maggie, we were among the "parent" demographic. We SAT in the bleachers upstairs with all the other "old folk" instead of standing on the floor down below in front of the stage. I even wore my earplugs. Yes, I said it, my earplugs. I did way too much damage to my hearing during the college years to not wear them now. As it is now, I'll probably need a hearing aid by the time I'm 50. Although, Mark would say I already need one. Anyway, we had fun and were home by 9:30 just in time to go to bed. It's sad, I know.

That's great! And I chuckled through the entire post b/c I know exactly what you mean!!! Sad but true...
Of course, you were there with a guy in his 20's. That's got to count for something! ;)
